If a link doesn’t already have a title, the plugin will try to:

Use the current post’s title if the link is within the main post loop
Find the post associated with the link and use its title

I’m the author of this plugin. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely believe it can help users looking for a simple way to add missing title attributes to their links.Since the plugin is new, it doesn’t yet appear prominently in search results.
