The Captcha Bank software is broken. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software to no avail.
I posted a support request in the forum. As of this review, no response from being posted 1 week, 5 days ago. So while this might be a good plugin as reviewed by others, as of now I wouldn’t recommend it if you run into trouble and aren’t technical to try and figure things out on your own.

Had this plugin dormant on our site for a while (not in use) and just this week started noticing WP dashboard was loading extremely slowly despite website speed was perfectly normal. Used query monitor plugin and found this Captcha Bank to be the culprit that caused a PHP conflict with WP which triggered a significant delay. Deactivate and delete right away. User beware.
