I must say this is one of the best plugins I have ever come across. A must have for repairs shops. It has all the features and new one added. I have been using this plugin for over 6 years now. Whenever I had an issue or a feature to be added, the creator never disappointed.

Ever since installing Repair Buddy, my repair workflow has improved in a way that genuinely deserves praise. My repair volume went up, my process became more efficient, and the plugin has already paid for itself many times over. But what truly sets this plugin apart is the developer, Ateeq. His support has been on a level you just don’t see anymore. He has repeatedly gone out of his way to help—fixing issues that weren’t even caused by the plugin, responding quickly every time I reached out, and walking me through problems even when they were due to conflicting plugins or mistakes on my own site. He even tracked down and repaired a theme-level code conflict that he had no obligation to touch. The fact that he stepped in anyway says everything about the kind of support you get with this plugin. If you’re on the fence about whether Repair Buddy is worth it… the answer is absolutely, without question, YES!
