Orders are no longer stored as posts there, so the plugin was writing to and reading from a place the order does not use — and it failed silently, with the field simply coming back empty. Tracking numbers now save and display on both storage modes. * The plugin now declares itself compatible with High-Performance Order Storage, so WooCommerce no longer lists it among the incompatible plugins. * Tested with WooCommerce 11.1 and WordPress 7.1.
