inserting iframe code.

There are no settings necessary. You simply install and activate the plugin.

You will want to include the option mobile=»newtab» inside of the shortcode (e.g. [consensus src=»www.demourl.com» lightbox=»true» mobile=»newtab»]Watch Demo[/consensus]).
- How do you make the trigger for the lighbox an image?

Whatever is included in between the opening and closing of the shortcode will become the trigger (e.g. [consensus src=»www.demourl.com» lightbox=»true» mobile=»newtab»][/consensus]).
