The process to Prevent the Use of a multi-byte URL of the default permalink.Multi-
byte URL can be specified when the user explicitly specified.

 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Place `<?php do_action('plugin_name_hook'); ?>` in your templates
