Developer is not supporting the plugin despite having a paid version. Look carefully on their website you will see alot of Loren Ipsum instead of useful text. The developer themselves left a 5 star review on their OWN plugin. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/24734a0d24fa56bfa1ddc9fb6d8d00582cab18a7724ec3274ddda0131c7088de? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Revamped!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/revamped/)󠁿 [tejaswini](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tejaswini/) 27.07.2021 1 ответ Was too much occupied by a lot other responsibilities! Since then, the license key doesn't work and their is absolutely NO SUPPORT AT ALL. We have to move to other plugins. DO NOT USE IT ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/ccdaa26b83db77a4bc50511e8bf8404e243cc02e84f6574f4a62aceefde93a95? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[ok product but totally USELESS PRODUCT due to NO SUPPORT](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ok-product-but-totally-useless-product-due-to-no-support/)󠁿 [jatinderg](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jatinderg/) 28.05.2019 we bought the pro version and initially got mixed support, now after emailing, leaving messages on the website, opening multiple tickets, there is absolutely no response. Sadly we have moved our entire documentation with these guys and are stuck now. So if you value your time and money wise it costs nothing for this plugin PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLUGIN!! I don't even feel like clicking 1 star for these guys 🙁 looking at other reviews I can see that they are not bothered to even improve from the reviews. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/2b0183caea3b15c9acc8a999854a6e7cd656e26620f567752127b93b4c3ed2b6? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Documentor is the Best | Good support](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/documentor-is-the-best-good-support/)󠁿 [Sumeet Pawar](https://profiles.wordpress.org/sumeetpawar/) 24.12.2018 I am using Documentor from a couple of months. The best part of Documentor that I liked is that the plugin is very easy to use. Especially, the drag and drop features allow you to rearrange the sections. It is also WPML compatible so there is no barrier of languages. I don't know why there was no proper support before. As WordPress came with some new updates I was worried about the working of the documentor. But everything is working fine. Now they have a full 24*7 support. I guess they might have come with a new team as I am getting proper support from them. Thanks a lot for such an amazing plugin.
