hello guy, how are you? i think you are well. this is a awesome plugin for little customization of your website. my students often ask to create a custom contact without many code like contact form 7. it’s simple contact form
There are some input filed in my this plugin if you would like to increase input filed just contact me i will customize your theme from skratch.
If you run a WordPress website, you should absolutely use «dynast-admin-panel» to lead the website properly, in this plugin you will get a contact form and more feature.

It also works great with WP 3.2 — and also should with WP 3.1 — but we only tested extensively with WP 3.3 and 3.2. So you always should run the latest WordPress version for a lot of reasons. - How are new resources being added to the admin bar?
