Upload folder hiweb-image-orient to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘hiWeb Image Orient’ menu in WordPress

I have hundreds of images in media manager in wordpress, yet I get error: Images found: 0 Since the images found on the orientation information, personal handle… — no description of the problem — no help — engrish
