Contact Form 7 does not store form submissions in the WordPress database by default. Entries Database for Contact Form 7 – iKetch automatically saves every submission from your tracked Contact Form 7 forms, giving you a searchable backup of your CF7 entries. All forms are tracked by default, with an option to select specific forms.
View, search, filter, favorite, mark entries as read or unread, print submissions, and export entries to CSV directly from WordPress. Secure uploaded files, clean up old entries, manage GDPR deletion requests, and block common bots with built-in honeypot spam protection.
No Flamingo Required. Entries Database for Contact Form 7 – iKetch stores entries itself and requires Contact Form 7, but it does not require Flamingo.

Where are uploaded files stored?

When file saving is enabled, the plugin copies supported uploads to the WordPress uploads directory in
cf7-entries. It creates directory-protection files and serves files to authorized users through secure WordPress admin URLs. File saving can be disabled in the settings. -
Can I automatically delete old entries?

Yes. Set the cleanup age in Entries Viewer Settings. WordPress runs the cleanup task daily and removes entries older than the configured number of days. Set it to 0 to disable automatic cleanup.

Is the plugin GDPR friendly?

The plugin includes a data-management tool to delete all saved entries matching an email address. This is an administrative deletion aid, not a complete legal guarantee: site owners must also provide the appropriate privacy notice, lawful basis, retention policy and other GDPR measures for their site. Entries may include the IP address, user agent and referring page URL captured by the plugin.
