The plugin hung on reloading the product edit page. The promised PRO support links for this plugin do not work nor does the chatbot. When finally got to talk to someone, through PayPal, they were very dismissive and unhelpful, always pointing me to their YouTube videos. Very unprofessional!

First—This is an outstanding plugin. We ship a number of large systems across the country and they can have a variety of configurations. This plugin allows us to tailor our shipping costs by regions/collections of states. Great flexibility for local pickup as well. Second—Working with the tech support team via Chat was tremendous! Very responsive! They provided fast and accurate answers to our questions which made installation and customization fast and easy. This is the best Chat-based tech support I’ve experienced.
