Support tickets with live chat interface, contact form, frontend and backend conversation management, floating contact icon, report and contact author buttons on content.
Provides site support desk & messaging features for backend/frontend, combining ticket management with live chat interface in unified conversation interface. Custom contact forms enable collecting custom data per per contact or conversation, registering accounts.
- Support pages in website frontend for starting/accessing conversations
- Members can open a conversation directly, while visitors have to confirm their email first
- Admins can see and access open Conversations from backend
- Report Content button for any post types (configurable)
- Contact Owner button for any post types (configurable)
