This plugin allows your site to logout users from all blogs in the same time.

Установка

You can: (1) upload the entire multisite-logout-users folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, (2) upload the .zip file with the plugin under Plugins > Add New > Upload
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
Thats it.
