This plugin is for WordPress developers who need to install, upload and edit themes or plugins often. This makes it easy to access these by adding the menus in the admin bar.

Upload the plugins and themes in admin bar folder to /wp-content/plugins/.

Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» menu in WordPress.

For sites with a lot of plugins aka "bells and whistles" I can't stand when it takes forever to get to the necessary Plugin & Theme menus. Even though this plugin hasn't been updated in a while and it states "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress" it works wonderfully for me. So much so that I install it on all the WordPress sites I manage!
