This plugin uses Twitter OAuth api to fetch tweets that are later on cached in database and displayed in a widget with a simple but good-looking layout.

Unzip the downloaded package
Upload quick-and-easy-tweets to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ menu in WordPress
