Установка
- Click Plugins/Add New from the WordPress admin panel.
- Search for «Scroll To» and install.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/scroll-todirectory, - Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» screen in WordPress
Then the «Scroll To» block will be available in Insert Block section of the page editor.
