Upload the plugin files to the WordPress

Go to WooCommerce -> Settings — Shipping.

Click in Add Shipping Zones.

Add «Shipping per Neighborhood for WooCommerce» method.

Click in «edit» and manage Cities, neighborhoods and prices for delivery.
