### Upsellar API

**Service Description:**
 Our plugin integrates with the Upsellar API to enhance
user experience by providing AI-powered product recommendations. This service is
integral for leveraging advanced algorithms to analyze user interactions and product
data to offer personalized suggestions.

**Note:** This plugin connects to the Upsellar service to fetch and display product
recommendations. An API key from Upsellar is required to use this plugin.

**Data Transmitted:**

 * **Type of Data:** User interaction data and product information.
 * **Anonymization and Security:** All data sent to Upsellar is anonymized and securely
   stored to protect user privacy.
 * **Purpose:** The transmitted data is used by Upsellar’s AI models to generate
   tailored product recommendations, improving the user shopping experience.

**Circumstances of Use:**

The API is called when:

 * A user interacts with products in WooCommerce.
 * A product is updated, added, or removed.
 * An admin user views their performance dashboard.

#### Minimum Requirements

 * PHP 7.4 or greater is required (PHP 8.0 or greater is recommended). cURL extension
   must be enabled on server.
 * WooCommerce is requird. WooCommerce 8.3 or greater is recommended.

Upsellar updates the recommendations model based on your plan. Users are given 30
days of daily updates, then free users are given weekly updates to the recommendations.
