I installed and followed all the settings for the free version — if we were happy we would get the paid subscription. But, even though the plugin built-in checks for settings were successful; messages to new subscribers were sent and allowed subscribers to register; messages to the administrator were sent, it could never send the messages to the list. Sent messages to the list got stuck in the domain mailbox and stayed there. We could not resolve after 2 hours. It advertises free community support forums, but they are only available for paid plugin users.

I had to look all over for a good solution to our group mailing list. We have been using Google Groups but privacy concerns directed us elsewhere. I considered Mailman but our host does not allow it. Fortunately they do provide a mail server for general use that works well with this plugin. The interface allows for easy adding and updating users. Users in the mailing group are also WordPress Users which at first seemed very unnecessary; but since our group are all part of the same organization it makes great sense and may open the door to getting more attention on the website itself. Thanks for an excellent plugin!

After 4 days the developer wrote an email and offer support — he resolved the problem. Now I can work with the plugin.
