- Plug-in file to
/wp-content/plugins/WP-Maintenance-pagedirectory or directly install the plug-in from the WordPress plug-in screen. - Enable plug-ins from WordPress «plug-in» screen
- Configure the plugin using the setting-> plugin name screen
