Zephyr Project Manager is a modern, easy to use project manager for WordPress, to help manage all your projects and tasks effectively and get work done. It features a beautifully designed user interface to efficiently keep your projects on track. You can create unlimited projects, tasks and categories, start discussions on tasks and projects and upload files/attachments, manage files from the file manager page, view project progress using charts and use the built-in calendar, just to name a few features.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress ‘Plugins’ > ‘Add New’ screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in your WordPress Dashboard
  3. Navigate to the Zephyr Project Manager option in the sidebar to start using the features of the plugin
  4. From here you can create new projects, tasks, files, discussions and much more.

1. Does this work with Buddypress? 2. Can BP profile users create tasks and manage their own tasks? 3. How can you integrate with push and email notifications for tasks? 4. If you planning to be international. English documentation is a must.
every time i try to edit admin roles etc. your plugin name comes up but I don’t have it installed anymore. How to delete? I saw other users complaining about the same problem, you offered a solution which didn't work, yet closed the issue as "solved". --- There is no advanced option in Zephyr > Settings. Can you design a plugin that actually stops bothering users after uninstallation? Can you make it easier rather than making users jump through hoops? Please be more clear, where is the advanced option????

I tested the free version of Zephyr Project Manager for almost 3-months, and then also got the PRO version to utilize the frontend login and personal dashboards for my team. I'm very impressed with the free and pro versions, and the ease of use. The standout feature is the fontend login page for team members, and then that each person on my team has their own dashboards. You can pick which items / tasks / projects to assign to which team member, time-frame, and milestones, and also which information about each project / task to keep private. Design is clean and to the point, which is awesome. No clutter or extra's that don't make sense. The backend in WordPress has a lot of settings and things you can play with or adjust as to your liking to manage your projects. Great plugins. Thank you!
I've tried enough different project managers only to be disappointed time and time again, so I didn't have much hope when I installed this one but Zephyr is the real deal! I never heard of it until about an hour ago, but I'm sold on it now! You can view tasks from different projects in one screen and they're color differentiated to easily tell tasks from different projects apart. The calendar works great. The only time I clicked the "help" link was to see how to review the plugin! I also installed the Android app and it seamlessly connected to the plugin. I can't get the calendar view on the phone but just about everything else is there and it's all so intuitive!
It's really rare to find like this plugin quality of code, design, amazing support, affordable price, really everything! It's better than wp project manager, very faster and better support Thank u 🙂
