Как сдвинуть контент немного вниз от границы body?

Привет, вот мой сайт:

Шаблон parabola
Вопрос такой — как сдвинуть эти квадратные блоки с картинками на главной странице хотябы на 5 пикселей вниз? А то сейчас они вплотную к шапке и это не особо красиво
Имеется плагин simple custom css, может через него можно как-то сделать отступ?
