    500 — это ошибка сервера. Смотрите лог ошибок сервера error.log. Если не знаете как это сделать, уточните у поддержки хостинга.

    PHP safe_mode отключите или попросите техподдержку выключить вам

    если откажутся — зря переехали на этот хостинг
    safe_mode — пережиток прошлого, убрано в PHP 5.4
    как вариант на хостинге может быть выбор версии PHP — установите повыше версию

    Проверьте, не задан ли полный путь к каталогу wp-content/uploads в настройках медиафайлов, а также не хранятся ли ещё где-нибудь в базе старые пути.

    Вот ссылка на сайт, поменял версию PHP до 7.0, и появилась на странице входа такая ошибка

    обратите внимание на то, что написал вам Сергей
    где-то у вас абсолютные пути прописаны (wp-config.php например)

    можете увеличить максимальное время выполнения скриптов в .htaccess

    php_value max_execution_time 60

    но в принципе и 30 — достаточно , и это не причина проблем, а скорее следствие

    решил да и по совету, техподдержки хостинга, перезагрузить базу даных и сами файлы сайта, не помогло. Теперь выбила ошибка сойденений с базой даных. Подскажите как исправить? поменял кругом имя пользователя в базе даных, еще что то надо поменять? ссылка на сайт Постарайтесь обьяснить как чайнику. Спасибо

    убедитесь что в wp-config.php правильно указаны реквизиты доступа к БД
