Помощь с ошибкой PHP

Здравствуйте!
Подскажите пожалуйста.
При переходе с php 5.6 на 7.0 все прошло нормально (переход был через cpanel) , но при переходе на 7.2 выскакивает ряд ошибок при входе.
Тестирую через локальную сеть.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in Q:\Programs\XAMPP\htdocs\testic\wp-content\themes\ic\functions.php:268

Т.е 268 стройка файла,

268 строка $meta_query[] = array(
array(
‘key’ => ‘ic_project_settings_status’,
‘value’ => 2,
‘compare’ => ‘!=’,
),
);
В чем может быть проблема? Подскажите пожалуйста.
