Do not send a letter (request) through the form

On the hosting, I set up the mail. Three forms are created through the plugin: one per page — http://bestday.com.ua/photo/ absolutely works and sends emails. The other two forms on the http://bestday.com.ua/contacts/ do not send and give an error: «Error sending message. Try again later or contact the site administrator.».

I can not determine the cause, since the forms are created in the same way, only one work, and the other two do not.
