How to Change the Color of an Element on a WordPress Site

Hello! I am making a website on WordPress using elementor. I have encountered the following problem. I cannot figure out how to change the focus color of these elements highlighted in blue on the screenshot. Hello theme, in the elementor settings there is no blue at all among the global colors. In this form on the screenshot, blue is also not specified anywhere in the settings. Perhaps this concerns the functionality of the browser, I do not know myself. Maybe someone can tell me how to solve this problem?
