Twenty Fourteen поменять местами рубрики и заголовок статьи

Всем привет!
Пожалуйста, помогите поменять местами рубрики и заголовок статьи, таким образом, чтобы сначала было название статьи, а затем дата, рубрики и добавить комментарий в теме Twenty Fourteen
