1) Вместо is_active_widget добавилadd_action('wp_footer','mi13_chat_script');//mi13_chat_script(); //if not footer;
в код функции виджета. То есть скрипт будет подключен если только чат виден.
2) Подсчет онлаин не показывался если пустой чат.
3) При обновлений настроек пустой чек возвращал null.Форум: Разное

Superfish установлено как плагин?
Нет он встроен в тему отдельным файлом. Вот страница темы thematic.
Поведение меню и разные добавки к стилям могут меняться в этом самом коде.
Да, видимо что должно менятся не находится в css
