Так дело в том что я файлы не трогал вообще! Я их переделываю с нуля т.е. с новго, пока работает, просто интересует вопрос от куда это взялось так резко из неоткуда!
Решил и нашёл, проблема была в ВОМ, но немогу понять от куда она берётся, я работаю в Dreamweaver CS4 и Notepad++, ничего понять немогу. Всем спасибо за помошь.

Тема: Ошибки при подключении своей темыНемогу понять в чем проблема была, взял точно такойже файл только с другой темы и всё заработало, при том никаких символов (BOM, пробел, пустая строка, и т.д.) в самом начале, перед <?php небыло, проверял на 4 разных редакторах.
