MKE Admin Menu Cleaner for Clients helps WordPress site owners, freelancers, and agencies reduce admin clutter by hiding selected top-level admin menu items for registered WordPress roles.

The plugin focuses on one simple job: making the WordPress admin area easier for clients and staff to use. It does not replace WordPress capabilities or permissions. It only changes which top-level admin menu items are visible for selected registered WordPress roles.

Role handling:

The plugin lists registered WordPress roles available on the site.
This includes the default WordPress roles and roles added by plugins or themes.
The settings screen uses a simple section labeled WordPress Roles.

Choose one role from the dropdown, then check the menu items to hide for that role.

Protected lockout controls:

The Admin Menu Cleaner top-level menu cannot be hidden.
The WordPress Plugins listing cannot be hidden.
Protected items are removed from checkbox lists and stripped from saved settings.

The plugin settings page contains only the controls that work in this WordPress.org version. Information about the separate PRO version is kept on its own admin page named PRO Menu Cleaner Version. A separate All MKE Plugins admin page links to the MKE WordPress plugins listing.

Установка

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
Open Admin Menu Cleaner in the WordPress admin menu.
Leave Safe Mode enabled while testing.
Choose a WordPress role and select the menu items that should be hidden.
Save settings and test with a non-administrator account.
Optional: open the All MKE Plugins page from the Admin Menu Cleaner menu to view the MKE WordPress plugins listing.

Why is there a separate PRO Menu Cleaner Version page?: That page only describes additional features available in a separate plugin version hosted outside WordPress.org. The installed WordPress.org plugin does not include disabled PRO controls, license checks, trial limits, or locked built-in features.
