Some customers cost more than they bring: serial refunders, chargeback fraudsters, abuse of goodwill. Vollstart No Sell keeps a simple, private list of email addresses you no longer sell to — and enforces it automatically at the WooCommerce checkout.
- One click from the user profile or from any order detail view — no searching, no typing
- Blocks at checkout with your own editable message — placeholders for email, reason and date
- Works for registered users and guest orders (matching is by billing email)
- Internal reason stays internal: the customer never sees it unless you put it in the message text
- Access via capability, not role: any user you grant

- Upload the plugin to
wp-content/plugins/and activate it - The menu «No-Sell List» appears in wp-admin (users with the
vollstart_no_sell_managecapability — administrators and shop managers get it on activation) - Open any user profile or order and use the «Do not sell to this customer» button
- Adjust the checkout message under «No-Sell List Texts» if you want your own wording
