External services

The call button is generated by this plugin on your own site and does not contact any external service. Tapping it opens the visitor’s phone app with the number you entered.

If you paste a chat embed code, the plugin loads that chat script from Syntranova AI Receptionist servers (aireceptionist.com.ai or our automation servers; other addresses are refused). When a visitor uses the chat, the messages, the page address and a random session identifier are sent to Syntranova AI Receptionist so the assistant can answer; contact details the visitor types are stored as a lead for the site owner.
