How it works

Connect your Zillow profile: Get a free API token (usually about five minutes) from Bridge, Zillow’s data service. The setup guide shows each step and tests the connection.
Pick a layout: list, grid, or slider (Premium).
Add reviews with a block, Elementor widget, widget, or shortcode.

Reviews come from Zillow’s official APIs: the Reviews API for agents and teams, and the Mortgages API for lenders. The plugin does not scrape Zillow pages and does not save review data to your WordPress database.

layout…"list" or "grid" ("slider" in Premium).
columns…A number between 1 and 6. In the slider, the number of reviews visible at once.
count…A number between 1 and 10.
screenname…The screenname that appears in your Zillow profile link.
excerpt…A number between 20 and 750. The maximum length of each review (word limit).
team…(Premium) "true" or "false". Include your team members’ reviews.

External services

Zillow provides the reviews and the logo:

Reviews API (through Bridge Interactive) fetches agent reviews. Sends your Bridge Server Token and Zillow screenname when a page shows reviews or you click «Test connection».
Mortgages API (Premium) fetches lender reviews. Sends your Partner ID, NMLS#, and company name (if set) when a page shows lender reviews or you click «Test connection».
Zillow logo. Visitors’ browsers load the logo from zillowstatic.com on pages that show it, which shares their IP address with Zillow. Turn it off in Settings › General.

Terms: Zillow API Terms of Use (Reviews API), Zillow Terms of Use (Mortgages API and logo). Privacy: Zillow Group Privacy Notice (all three).

Freemius handles licensing, updates, and optional usage data.

If you opt in: sends your name, email, site address, and WordPress environment info (such as WordPress, PHP, and plugin versions). Opting in is optional.
Premium: sends your license key and site address to activate the license and check for updates.

Zillow Reviews Display your latest Reviews on Zillow.

Установка

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins › Add New Plugin, search for «Easy Zillow Reviews», then install and activate it.
Go to Zillow Reviews › Settings › Zillow Professional Profile and follow the setup guide to get a free Bridge Server Token (about five minutes).
Enter your Server Token and Zillow screenname, click Test connection, then Save Settings.
Optional: adjust the default layout and display settings on the General tab.
Add the Zillow Reviews block, the Zillow Reviews Elementor widget, an Easy Zillow Reviews widget, or the [ez-zillow-reviews] shortcode to your page or post.

Where do I get a Bridge token?

Zillow shares its reviews data through Bridge Interactive. It’s free and usually takes about five minutes:

Fill out the registration form at bridgedataoutput.com/zgdata. For Website, enter the site where your reviews will appear. For Product Name, enter your business name, and for Product Type, enter «Website». Check Zillow Agent Reviews.
Click the link in Bridge’s verification email (check your spam folder), then log in.
Open API Access and click Show Token next to Server Token.

The form says requests can take 10+ days, but Zillow Agent Reviews is usually approved right away.

Which Bridge token do I use?

The Server Token. Bridge’s API Access page also lists a Client ID, Client Secret, and Browser Token; the plugin doesn’t use those, and «Test connection» tells you if you’ve pasted the wrong one.

I have more than one website.

Zillow’s terms allow reviews only on the websites named in your Bridge application. For each additional site, log in to Bridge, choose Create New Application from the account menu, and request Zillow Agent Reviews under Data Access. Each site then has its own Server Token.

I shared my token by mistake. What should I do?

In Bridge, open API Access › Application Settings and click Regenerate Tokens. Then paste the new Server Token into the plugin settings and save.

Where do I find my Zillow screenname?

It’s the part after «zillow.com/profile/» in the address of your Zillow profile page. You can also paste the whole profile address into the screenname field.

I used a Zillow Web Services ID (ZWSID). Does it still work?

No. Zillow retired the ZWSID. Please add a Bridge Server Token instead.

Why don’t my reviews update right away?

Reviews are requested from Zillow each time the page loads (Zillow’s terms don’t allow storing reviews). If your site uses a page cache, new reviews appear when the cache refreshes.

Does it work with Elementor?

Yes. The plugin adds a native Zillow Reviews widget to Elementor, with a live preview, layout and show/hide options, responsive columns, and style controls. It works with the free version of Elementor (3.5 or later); Elementor Pro is not required. Premium options, such as the slider, appear in the same widget.

How do I add Zillow reviews to an Elementor page?

Install Easy Zillow Reviews and connect your Zillow profile under Zillow Reviews › Settings.
Edit your page with Elementor and search for «Zillow» in the widgets panel.
Drag the Zillow Reviews widget onto the page, then choose the layout and number of reviews.

To show a different agent’s reviews, enter their Zillow screenname in the widget.

Why are my reviews squeezed into a narrow column in Elementor?

Block themes such as Twenty Twenty-Three limit page content to a narrow width, and that includes Elementor layouts. In Elementor, open Page Settings and set Page Layout to Elementor Full Width, or set it for all pages under Elementor › Site Settings › Layout.

Does it work with other page builders?

The [ez-zillow-reviews] shortcode works in any page builder that supports shortcodes, such as Divi or Beaver Builder. The block works in the WordPress block editor.

Can I show only my best reviews?

No. Zillow’s terms require that reviews are not selected by rating; the plugin always shows your most recent reviews.
