Custom Link Widget Plugin is a Free WordPress plugin which allows you to add Hyperlinks directly using a Widget. This is quite similar to WordPress Link widget.
Whats the difference?
You don’t have to add links in LINKS section, instead of that you have to put the Link URL and Link Name in the widget, it will do the rest. Also, you will get an option to select the numbers of links to display.

You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin
manually.
- You can either use the automatic plugin installer or your FTP program to upload it to your wp-content/plugins directory

What if I decrease the number of links?
It will remove the last link from the list. Also, if you increase the number it will add a new link field at the end of the link list. -

Yes, Its compatible with other plugins such as Tabber Tabs etc.
