Установка

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the «Custom Login Error Message» menu item in the sidebar to configure the plugin

This plugin doesn't translate multiple error messages, it replaces all of them with only one generic error message. Could be better.
