Outstanding software and support, always eager to help very fast and accommodating! We use the knowledge base for several years now with many different user groups, the access management is well thought through and easy to use.

Very easy to setup and manage and their help dialog app is just as easy to set up. Hopefully they will develop a customer support app with canned answers that integrates with the KB. Then I will give them a sixth star!!!!!!

With its intuitive interface, creating and organizing articles are very easy to do and so far, the responses from the technical support are fast. It's great.

I use this plugin for a few sites I manage because it's attractive and gives so many options for displaying...I love it. When I had a minor issue with my FAQs not having hard returns in them, I reached out to support about it and was very happy with their fast response and simple resolution. Kudos to you all, will continue using your plugin going forward!
