Do I need any software on my server for JivoChat to work?

No, you don’t! JivoChat is a SaaS service, which means all the server stuff is on us. You just need to install the WordPress module, and you’re all set.

How will I receive messages from my customers?

You can choose to install the desktop app, or you can install our JivoChat app on your iOS or android device, or you can use our web-based app right in your browser!

Only started using the plugin and very excited, already having a good feeling about it. Appears to be pretty straight forward when comes to setting up, nice and clean interface and well commented. Many possibilities even for the free version. Calls price stunningly low and the number of agents amazingly high. Can't go wrong as far as I see. Still, long way to go to set up all the functionalities and test the full potential. Highly recommended for everyone to try by yourselves. Very likely another review will be needed with better feedback. As for now 5 STARS!
