A consent banner that actually holds the scripts back until the visitor says yes, with per-category choices and a preferences panel they can reopen.
- Holds tagged scripts inert until consent, then rewrites the tag so they run — the mechanism, not just the banner
- Four categories: strictly necessary, preferences, measurement, advertising
- Refuse as prominent as Accept, in one setting — the thing regulators actually check
- A preferences panel the visitor can reopen from a shortcode
- Bar or corner box, your colours, your wording, your policy link
- numvra_ccb_has_consent( ‘analytics’ ) for your own PHP, and a numvra_ccb:consent JavaScript event
- Self-contained: no external font, no external script, no third-party service
Fully translatable. Translations are handled by translate.wordpress.org,
so no language files ship with the plugin.

Установка
- In the WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Upload numvra-cookie-consent-banner.zip and activate it.
- Open Settings Cookie Consent.
