How do clients access their gallery?

After you upload proof images to a gallery, copy the client link from the gallery edit screen and send it to your client. The link includes a secure token — no login required.

Can clients download photos?

In PhotoEZ Lite, clients can view and select photos but cannot download originals. Final high-resolution delivery is available in PhotoEZ Pro.

What does the watermark look like?

PhotoEZ Lite applies a «PROOF» text watermark across all proof images to protect your work. You can upload a custom branded watermark PNG in PhotoEZ Pro.

Is WooCommerce required?

No. PhotoEZ Lite works without WooCommerce. WooCommerce integration for photo purchase upsells is a Pro feature.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes! Your galleries and data are fully compatible with PhotoEZ Pro. Simply install and activate PhotoEZ Pro and all your existing galleries will be there.

Can I customize the gallery header image?

Yes. Click Set as header on any proof image, then use the built-in Crop header tool to frame it for the wide banner at the top of the client gallery. The crop is saved at the correct aspect ratio so headers look great on every screen size.

- NEW: Styled «Selections Submitted» confirmation screen on the client gallery, showing session, photographer, photo count and status.
- NEW: Clients are asked to confirm if they submit fewer photos than their package includes.
- FIX: Client selections are now saved as a complete set instead of one request per click, so rapid selecting can no longer lose photos or leave the counter disagreeing with the gallery.
- FIX: Client galleries are excluded from full-page caching, which could replay a stale copy of a visitor’s selections.
- FIX: The Client Selections panel now only shows photos the client has actually submitted.
- FIX: The proof media picker is restricted to images, so non-image files (PSD, RAW) can no longer be chosen as proofs.
- CSS and JS assets are versioned by file modification time, so updates reach browsers without a plugin version bump.
