While the plugin is very intuitive, there are advanced capabilities that I was struggling with. I submitted a support request and within hours the support team had not only resolved my inquiry, but they created a detailed overview of the specific capability I was interested in. This is a well crafted component but I find the load time increases when links are added in the sheet. However some great features and I particularly like the themes. I would like character formatting (bold, underscore etc.) to pull through,
