This is not a virus. Your anti-virus scanner is giving a false positive.

The UU 2014 theme uses a *very* old version of an external library (TGMPA). Upgrading to the current version will fix this.
You can do this yourself for your own installation by downloading the current version from http://tgmpluginactivation.com/download/ (hint: click on the ‘zipfile’ link underneath the form), unzipping the file and copying/uploading just the class-tgm-plugin-activation.php file to the wp-content/themes/uu-2014/inc/ directory of your website.
All the same, I’d highly recommend that @dflippo release a new version of the theme which includes this upgrade.
